The Australian International Furniture Fair (AIFF) is returning to the Melbourne Exhibition Centre from 14 – 17 July, and we can’t wait to see the latest products from major exhibitors!

Australia’s premier networking and buying destination for the furniture industry, AIFF will be a platform for leading wholesalers such as Dixie Cummings and M Design Furniture to showcase their latest collections to 10,000+ design and retail visitors over four days.

Dixie Cummings

Dixie Cummings is Australia and New Zealand’s leading importer and wholesaler of contemporary, quality furniture, providing distinctive furniture to retailers. Now established for over twenty years, their diverse product range includes lounge, bedding, dining, and occasional furniture.

Dixie Cummings is well known for quality and staying on top of market trends, as well as the combination of functionality and affordability.

We think the Avian King Bed pictured above is a new classic, with its high headboard and an elegant button-back finish. The height gives scale and a sense of grandeur, while the fabric adds texture. Upholstered in either grey or light beige, its neutrality allows it to pair with numerous interior design schemes.

M Design Furniture Group

A family-owned and run furniture wholesaler, M Design supply many metropolitan and regional furniture stores across Australia. Over the past fifteen years, the group has expanded from importing timber goods into sofas, fabric bedheads and mattresses. M Design pride themselves on their high standards of quality and rigorous importing standards.

Based in Melbourne, the M Design Furniture team work closely with clients to ensure they are delivering exactly what is needed; furniture which will be sought after by customers. The Monte Carlo Sofa (below) is a classic example of comfort, while the timber Pinnacle dining suite collection (feature image, above) is a timeless piece built to last.

Cromwell Australia

AIFF is always co-located alongside another trade event, Decor + Design, which focuses on furniture as well as soft furnishings, textiles, lighting and art. Long-time Decor + Design favourites Cromwell will be back in 2022 with an elegant collection. The family-owned and operated business continues to go from strength-to-strength, and we can’t wait to see what they bring to the show in July.

For over 50 years, Cromwell have been supplying interior designers and decorators, importing and wholesaling some of the world’s finest products. Their beautiful ranges include high quality furniture, overhead lighting, mirrors, lamp bases and interior accessories. They also supply handcrafted lampshades which are manufactured in their own workshops.

We love this Rattan tub chair (left) that combines curves with textures for a contemporary classic.
